About Me

I am a Florida native and currently reside in South Florida. I have been Licensed and practicing massage therapy for 21 years, offering a range of modalities and promoting bodywork services for overall health and wellness. These include Swedish, Deep tissue, Hot and cold stone therapy, Pregnancy, Reflexology and stretching. My most recent training was in Craniosacral therapy in the Alajuela province of Costa Rica surrounded by fresh mountain air and nature that facilitated all aspects of the pura vida life.

I have a deep love and passion for healthcare, client education and holistic practices that create more space and wellness for our mind/body to integrate and heal itself while also bringing compassionate care and support to clients.
